泻肚子可不是普通的那么一回事。。
看我泻了半个东南亚，你就知道我有多厉害！
7天7夜的折磨，希望快点结束吧~~

水土不服，是每个离乡背井的游子遇上的麻烦事之一。
特别是到了越南这个国家，更加普遍。

偏偏本小姐是经历了将近2个月的时光，才发生开始这般“痛彻心扉”的体验。
凡是，进入嘴里的食物，很快就条条大路通罗马。
这样的生活，真的是维持到今天！
可怜的我~
凡是海鲜类、还有生的食物，一概离我远远的！
不然，我只能一直和亲爱的马桶相亲相爱。

越南的庸医，姑且就别相信了！因为他们不是我们一般普通人沟通得了的动物。
而且，很有可能历史上，又会多了一个误诊而死的无辜病患。

所以，我放弃了希望，乖乖的滚回我的安乐窝。
好好的照料我那可怜的肠子。。。

feel like to adopt a dog here..
even buy a 'pure blood' or 'orignal' puppy.. is kinna cheaper than Malaysia..
I saw a puppy they bought.. i forget what's the name.. is a kind of Germany dog.
only USD150..

then.. the place i staying now.. they bought a puppy from the southest island in VN.. only VND 400,000 .. equivalent RM65
so cheap.. why want buy dog from Southern VN? sound weird, right?
this kind of dog is very special. the fur along the backbone.. is growing oppositely.. how to say?
normally, a dog's fur will grow smoothly toward tail direction.. but only this kind of dog is different, and you can only get it from 富国岛 (i duno the actual name in English, as you know VN alphabet sounds different)

want take the dog's photo.. but dont dare get near to it.. since it is very strange toward me.. male dog doesn't like female.. maybe is a gay dog.

so lonely..so boring.. i need someone accompany me..
but i scare the dog might be killed anytime since Vietnamese like to eat dog meat.
a lot of big dog always being sacrificed innocently.
but.. the percentage of see a dog is much higher than see a cat...
or else saying in other way.. possibility see a Mickey Mouse is much higher than see a Garfield.

好久没上来了。。
我想家。。
想念妈妈。。
p/s:贾思林，我一点都不想你！！

在这里，我努力的工作，也努力珍惜我身边拥有的一切。
马来西亚，永远是一个好地方。
就算政府多腐败，贪官多爱欺压老百姓，也不比这里的生活来得糟糕。
多种族、文化背景，让我们学会了不少的语言，让我们学会了种族之间的相处模式。

一个朋友在我的面子书上留言： “一个马来西亚，种族之间的仇视，没有所谓的团结，政府提倡的是这些吗？”
我并非政治爱好评论者，特别是我从大学社团里一夜间决定退下来的那一刻开始，我就告诉我自己往后的日子绝不和政治扯上关系。
但是，这位朋友的留言让我很不自在。
毕竟，53年来的独立，不是什么成果都没有。
我们现在拥有安定的生活，政治也没真正影响我们的日常作息，对吗？
政府无能，不代表我们不团结；人民还是一样努力工作、努力维持生活、一样可以到处旅行、一起和其他种族成为好朋友。过年过节，我还是看到我们的马来朋友互相拜年，互相送贺礼。从来没有所谓的歧视！

本人认真的希望大家不要再继续煽风点火了。努力了53年的安定生活，是非常不容易，请不要轻易去毁灭它。

话说回来，本人人在越南、心在马来。

不少人都在网上询问我关于这里的一切。
这里的生活素质、个人品味，当然不用做比较。
从一个人外表来判断，举止是否端庄，谈吐是否得体；一切就那么的明显。
就拿我这个天生丽质的家伙来讲，通常每个人一看到我，都会询问我的国籍。
虽然我皮肤白皙，但因为我的说话方式、咬字、表达的神情、自信的谈吐，都让人觉得我不可能是越南人。加上一口流利的英语、普通话、闽南语、马来语、潮州话、皮毛的广东话，根本是语言天才。而且，我勤奋的不顾廉耻向每个人虚心学习越语，真的是看到人人都发出赞叹。
很夸张吧？我也是这么觉得，好像我真的是天才，让我自大的很！

最恐怖的是，越南人看见我这个所谓的“马来人”，都爱摸摸我的手、抱抱我。都说我马来人不应该是很黑的吗？拜托，那个是印度人啊！我可是马来西亚籍华侨！MBC嘞！那些不能吃猪肉的理论，请搁一旁。不适合惯用在我身上。
不过放心，吃我豆腐的都是女人！

男人最多就是口头上口花花，还有说些类似“你很美”、“你很漂亮”、“我喜欢你”。
其实，本人的越语程度没想象中差，所以那么表明爱意的家伙，通常我都会以越语“我不懂你讲什么” 来打发他们。还好我之前已向高人讨教过几个重要词汇，不然我还担心有一天我心爱的男生向我表白，我还懵懵懂懂哦。而且，对他们而言，喜欢一个人是非常正常不过的事。所以，同时喜欢很多人，也没错！只是自己比较感情丰富罢了。
滥情的男人，请滚一边！
而且懒惰的男人，我更没兴趣！

这个就是我无法认同越南人的感情世界的原因。很难理解他们的思想，更难了解他们可以一个人拥有很多异性伴侣，或者是更过分点的是性伴侣。卫生问题，大家也应该和我一样不认同吧。

What's going on?
Is this Malaysia or Vietnam?
Why got such thing happened?
Out of power supply !!!!

In VN, this is very common issue. Every week, there is certainly a blackout roughly from 9am till 9pm. But, how come Msia also same?
giddy leh.. i'm tengah checking info from web.. waste my effort..

Well....

This is the 2nd day i'm back to my home.
Home Sweet Home~
Love my family, my friends, my turtle, my bed, my pillow, my Little White and many many things.

Aug 1, took a half day to take flight back to my Home.
Woke up early morning, had my breakfast with my friend, then took taxi, shop in duty free shop, took flight, reach KLIA, shop again, queue up for money exchange & taxi, then took taxi.. reach home at 5.30pm..

so tired~ somemore look like a Kampung girl, big & small luggages.. aiyo.. no eyes to see~

I created a funny joke in the taxi during my way to airport.
Since my friend speaks fluent VN language, so he has helped me book a taxi and told the driver where to send me. But, during the way, the taxi driver told me Dongnai.. i was wondering.. Dong Nai should be another place, not the airport i want to go. I faster sms my friend. My friend called me immediately and asked me pass the phone to driver. Then he keep scolding him and warning him dont simply bring me to other place. When he hung up, the driver kept explained to me said not Dong Nai is San Bay.. then only i found out actually what "airport" called in VN language.. but i dont care what he want to explain la.. since i dont understand.
Luckily my friend didnt laugh at me, but keep remind me keep in touch so he can rescue me if i lose my way... =.="'

Aug 2, very giddy when woke up. Suddenly, kind of weird toward Msia weather. My pimples start to active again. Too bad, I got diarrhea. Whole month in VN also no problem, even ate at roadside also no big issue. Maybe the toilet-bowl i loved, wish to spend more time with me~ wakaka~ Luckily, nothing serious.

By the way, even i keep on testing, eating & trying new food in VN, but i still lose a 1kg.
Really blessed~

Planning for steamboat on Wed with my good friends. Awaiting to have a good feast!

Enjoy my great time before i'm leaving to VN again..

Let me share with you guys what i realized/found out when i am here.

1) Vietnamese like to wear slipper ... with Socks..
2) 1 hour lunch time.. must take nap.. (means they will eat very fast, example a 15 minutes)
3) if your dinner time is at around 8pm here, the restaurant is empty.
4) the Mask they are wearing.. erm.. colorful.. majority made by themselves
5) Ho Chi Minh City is the noisiest city i have ever been
6) Motorbike here.. is more horrible than a trailer
7) As long as you have a hone, you will win on the road
8) power out is very common here
9) a 5-star hotel lunch buffet cost around RM180 per person
10) Nike here is selling at an expensive price compared to Malaysia
11) Branded store locator & shopping mall are located in HCMC District 1, the woman's paradise.
12) Always remember to check the price before you buy anything, because the price might be in US Dollar
13) Their notes have too much of zeros.. very complicated..
14) Vietnamese like to answer different from what you asked
15) They are very helpful (in order to say that like to kepo)
16) Vietnamese lady or man.. drink beer like drink water
17) Budweizer only cost nearly RM4/can at here.. in Msia, we're selling at nearly RM10/can
18) U can find a beer brand BEAR BEER.. how to pronounce?? =P
19) Self made banana wine..taste good!!!!
20) Manicure & Pedicure in HCMC..is calculated by finger..not by package.. USD1/finger or USD2/finger
21) their language is the hardest language i have ever learn.. because the pronounciation is totally different from what it written..
22) Pretty girl seldom can be found..if not, i won't be listed in top 5 pretty girl. :)) extremely happy when i found the poll result.
23) my mandarin speak better than a real Chinaman
24) dont know how many N people thought i came from China.. 1st question they will certainly asked : Where are your hometown? 你的老家哪里？=.="' means i got Mainland look loh~
25) 1st time i know i am considered as genius.. because nobody expect a Malaysian can know and speak so many language
26) I looked like a 21 or 22 years old young girl.. hard to believe, right? so many people can't guess my age.. wahaha..
27) Malaysia brand (Munchy, Yeo's, Nestle, Tiger, Milo) is same price what we buy in Malaysia
28) You can easily buy a cooked hot dog in different flavor like beef, pork & chicken in supermart
29) Banana here is only available in green color.. no yellow please~
30) Finally i found a handsome guy here.. is Malaysian somemore.. so so so happy..

I am consider quite free now..
Why am I doing in the office during Sunday?
This is because I am not going to town today.
However, this decision is making me quite unhappy.
Because of someone told me something that made me feel uncomfortable.
By the way, that's not the main point. I'm sleepy now, but i can't take my nap.
I just understand that less effective people made other people suffering.
So, they can have peace of mind to rest, to play, to date, to anything during the Sunday, but not US.

lovely sunny day.. so, have to be in that way?

老实说，这里的人把工作看得比什么都不重要。
就是打的是“风楼工”【粤语】
他们所谓的工作的定义是“待在家里没事干，工作可以打发时间”
多可悲~

当然，工作态度就完全是不用心。
其实一些基本的事，他们都完全不想用脑去想。
只期盼你会替他做/善后。

就拿一个例子，一份客户发的问卷，要求做一些资料收集。
某人就转发给我，电邮里头写"please help me finish it"
正常的理解能力，就是你不能搞定，就让我帮你处理剩下的。
结果，一打开文件，发现什么都没填。
我就问她，为什么是空的？你不是说要我帮忙，但是你什么都没做。
她给我的答复： “因为我的英文不好，所以我不懂看他写些什么，就让你帮我做吧！”
这就是我经常面对的问题！
总是给我没加工的资料，你的工资可没分我一份。
结果，我问了副总，她那里可有一份一模一样的问卷。我直接对比，把答案抄下。
前后花了不到15分钟。
你看。。这个就是他们的工作态度。他们就是不想问、不想多一些确认的动作。

更糟的例子还有。。
说是在这待上一年。。结果，每天都犯上一些低级的错误。
比如今天忘了这个，明天忘了那个。。每天肯定有东西被遗忘。
我随便从我们那里挑个最没资历的秘书过来这，也可能比他们好上几倍。

错了，就是要补救。但，对他们而言，只有别人犯错，不管我的事。
永远都不可能是我的错！

他们的真理，我还真的要“五体投地”！

我问的问题，我肯定要不到我要的答案！
例子1： “你吃饭了吗？”
答： “今天的菜很好吃。”

例子2： “为甚么这个数据和你给我的不一样？”
答：“因为我觉得我应该给你这个，所以就给你”

例子3：“这个东西是不是应该先确认再做调整？”
答：“没有，我们应该把这个东西取消，然后把他抽出来，再看过，再看怎么办。”

他们做什么事，都喜欢根据自己的喜好而改变。
拿我可怜的副总做例子。
他们叫外卖，副总要求了咖啡，结果来的时候是珍珠奶茶。
问了以后才知道，他们说：“珍珠奶茶比较好、比较多人喜欢、所以你也会喜欢”
但更改了订单，也没通知。
因为这个“道理”，我可怜的副总就喝了不喜欢的珍珠奶茶。

还有很多更爆笑的例子，日后再慢慢分享。

This is my tonight supper. Actually HCMC: 9pm is the supper time for the staff who staying in hostel. But i took it at 8.45pm when those China-man not yet back from factory..
Ham Chee Peng + Soya.. The HCP is without any fills, but taste sweet..
Soya is a bit too sweet. One more thing important : All these are handmade by the nanny.

anything interesting? you must be asking what's the special of this?
just a sticker book, right?

NOPE... It is a exercise book !! The exercise book we used during our schooldays!!

when i ask my colleague get me a note book, i still drawing & pointing a book for her..
Their understanding is quite terrible.. but never mind, at least this girl is smart..
She faster run out of the office & come back with this..
I was so surprised why she get me a sticker book.. but I was wrong!
It is a pretty exercise book i ever seen.
If we can get this during our schooltime, i believe i will study harder.. haha!

By the way, 2nd day of work.. still nothing to do.. since my president told everyone don't distribute me any job until he back from China.. so, i still playing a role like consultant.. talk to everyone.. and i realized a lot of people start get near to me since they know i can speak fluent English & Mandarin.. they wish to learn english from me.. I can open a class sooner or later..

But I am learning Vietnamese language now, no wonder my VP said it will be easy for me to pick up the language since I know Malay language.. Indeed, Viet language is similar more to Mandarin.. But we know ba-be-bi-bo-bu..so easier to pronounce..

but a lot of complicated vocal combine for a word..

Actually they are nice and friendly, just too bad for their working attitude & mind. Dunno where to start in changing their mind. Please tell me how to pollute them?

By the way, i tried the local coffee today (after i told my VP this morning). She ordered delivery sent the coffee & bubble tea to our office. Wao~ It taste better than our Kopi Gao-Gao.
If i can find the secret of boiling their coffee, I will make it for you guys when i back.

started to get use the "bau busuk" Rice now.. at least, still can grab a lot of food today. But still avoid to eat more than half bowl of rice since the rice is hard.

The weather here is quite hot. Highest temperature can go to 34'C
When comes to night, rain a lot. Like now, the thunder is playing the drum again.
Too bad i got no umbrella. So, i just can walk as fast as possible when i am outdoor.

Maybe the weather here is always summer like Malaysia, i realized majority of them having a dull skin. They are not as fair as we thought. Nothing much different with Malaysian skin tone.
The only thing they win us, is they are slimmer. Even they are slimmer, but they don't keep fit. You can imagine my marketing girl brought so many things to eat everyday.
Yesterday is Lotus seed. Today is mango + yogurt (sour milk).
Dunno what they wanna eat for tomorrow. They said want to bring lychee & longan to let me try. Hope this will be true! hahaha!!

Just hope everything is getting better and smooth.

6-7/7/2010 Vietnam

Hi Everybody,
I am now in Vietnam! So, I would like to share my 1st experience to Vietnam.
Since I am currently stuck here, nowhere can go. Only able to survive through this laptop.
But, no Facebook is allowed in VN. Too bad, even I tried with the proxy website JK provided, seemed still can't log in. Sigh!

The story shall starts from 6.7.2010 (Tuesday)
3.30am Wake up
4.30am Take cab to KLIA
6.30am Reach KLIA (This is the first time i took flight in KLIA, i have long time never been there, I was quite blur when I reached. Should check from the kiosk 1st, but I go to queue up. Luckily the ambassador noticed this weird lady, save me from queuing innocently.)
7.00am Waiting my business partner to fly together with me while having my breakfast (The yellow stall which named Mache Cafe, please don't visit it! The food is tasteless.)
8.40am Wait for boarding while playing Facebook for my LAST TIME
9.00am Boarding
9.05am Officially left Malaysia to Vietnam
9.45am Breakfast served (At this time, i wonder why an hour flight got provide breakfast.. but i also didnt react much since a Vietnamese guy sit beside me keep talking to me..funny story to be continued..) Flight meal.. not too bad, but space so small, hardly to eat comfortably.
11.00am (Ho Chi Minh City is 10.00am) ARRIVED safely. (Only i realized the arrival time written in the air ticket is VN time zone, not Msia time). So, the journey is taking 2 hours flight not 1 hour!!!!! Really Oo-Long to it!
11.30am Took a stupid cab. Supposed from HCMC to my factory should be taking 1.5hours, but I spent nearly 2.5hrs in cab. The city is noisy, every driver likes to Hone, no matter they are motorbike or car. The atmosphere is surround by dirty carbon monoxide. Majority of them wearing mask! Everytime the motorcyclist so near to the car, then the car has to 'siam here & siam there' to avoid knock them. I saw an accident happened there, a van knock into an old lady who is driving motorbike. The lady is scolding loudly in the middle of road, absolutely no eyes to see.
1.30pm (HCMC: 12.30pm) Stop at the halfway, enjoyed my 1st beef noodle in VN. Beef taste good!
3.00pm Reached my company.. OMG, I dunno total how many football fields can be built. Got fish pond, then all its fence is craved with pictures.
3.30pm Brief meeting with my President.
4pm Check-In to my room. Opposite row to me, all are males! Sad.. Facilities inside, is worse than MMU hostels, but got a washroom with heater. Considered not too lousy! At least I don't need squeeze with others everyday!
6pm Sit a motorbike to nearby Pasar Tani buy necessaries. (Nearby here equivalent to Bukit Beruang to Bukit Baru or Tmn Sg Abong go to Khalidi). HORRIBLE! The rider speeding, but my helmet keep on flying to behind. But I can proof one thing, drive motorbike here is much powerful than drive a car. Because when a group of motorbikes speed out, you have no choice to let them go 1st.
6.30pm (HCMC: 5.30pm) is the fixed time for staff's dinner time. Should be my first time to join the top management for dinner, too bad I was late when i back from Pasar Tani. They all finished it without waiting me, but left me a full plate of food. Please see photos. The rice is taste sour and hard. Dao-gua is sour too. Even have the same veges in Msia, but the vege here taste weird. Forgot to tell you all, all the meals are well prepared by someone appointed here. So, just need to be punctual for meals everyday.

Sorry ya... Photo taken when already finished a lot..So, u can know how full a bowl of rice for me!

HCMC 8pm Called by President for touring factory plants. Walk here and there, dunno total how many buildings entered & patrolled. Then followed by discussion with VP, Production Head. Exhausted. Too bad, after this my VP dragged me into HER room to further chatting.
By the time i left office, is around HCMC 10.30pm.. 1st day arrival day, I was so tired but whole body is sticky after touring. Bath again~ What to do even so tired?

The bed is so hard. The mattress here is so thin~ Nothing different sleeping on a wooden bed.
That's why i got a headache & shoulder pain today!

I am now sitting in office. OT is very common here. Some people here even OT until 10pm. But, i just want to use the plug here since my laptop need to be charged.
Wireless is everywhere, even u're lying on bed, u can online too!
So tired now, but need to wash clothes later!
Hope I can have a sweet dream tonight!

Found that Vietnamese is much easier to talk to compared to those China-man, at least Vietnamese will show respect to you when you talk to them. Vietnamese has a simple mind, but Chinese different. That's why political issue can be found in any place. But, i dont concern this!

Just finished my 2nd dinner, today has a better food, eat more than yesterday. At least won't feel nauseous when see the food.

Shared you guys the food I ate since yesterday. Not much photos sharing, because I dont have mood to take photo at all.

I need time to adjust myself here. It is not easy to suit a different culture & background. If you go China, you still can understand Mandarin. Go England, can speak English But here, people all surround me talk something I totally dont understand. You speak English nobody understand, speak Mandarin, only certain people will get it. So, I just only smile and nod my head always.
Unlike previously, nobody can talk nonsense with me since they dont understand what i said.

Fruit Juice

I would like to introduce u guys a healthy fruit juice that i learned from the TV show..

Ingredients:
1 Red Apple
2 Tomatoes
100grams of Sweetheart Cabbage 高丽菜
1/2 - 1 glass of water
Honey (depends how sweet u want~ 1 spoonful is enough for me since apple is sweet enough)

Just put it accordingly into the blender.
It takes only 15 minutes for the preparation.
Easy job!

It is nutritious with Vitamin A & C .
Secondly, it has the function of detoxifying.
This is highly recommend to those who wish to have beauty figure or keep fit !!

15-5-2010 尤泊杯决赛观后记

一心想要七连冠的中国女队，今天以1-3不敌韩国高丽妹。
韩国女将以黑马的姿态，苦心应战，终于打破24年的‘鸡蛋’宿命。

表面上，中国队实力超强。里头个个都是世界第一、第二的强者。
什么原因造成今天这样的局面？
我只能说并不只资历尚浅，而是中国队低估了韩国队的实力。

世界第一女单，王仪涵输掉了第一盘。李永波总教练面子挂不住，七窍生烟。
奈何，王小姐在高丽妹迎头赶上之下，的确乱了方寸。
间接的，影响了整个团队的气势。
第一女双，王马配的组合，打遍天下无敌手。
遇上士气高昂的韩国女将，就算韩国队的技巧不如中国队，但经过3局苦战，最后也体力透支，输了！
虽然王欣为中国队扳回一局，但中国最后还是玩完了。
这是个谁也预料不到的局面，兵败如山！

想当年，李永波经过多少年的努力，亲手将中国女将推向世界羽球第一女团，击败丹麦、印尼等第一团体。却因为交出不少优越的成绩单而开始变得自大、狂妄。
中国虽然人才辈出，但资历、实战、技巧、心理战术、过多的个人赛，很多方面的问题是李先生忽略的。

妆容的精致、持久、融合是很多彩妆达人们一直所追求的。散粉不但能使妆面更加持久，减少脸部油脂的分泌，更是有一定得遮瑕效果，打造一种朦胧的美。

散粉，又叫蜜粉或定妆粉。很多MM可能有切身体会，如果只用粉底来打造底妆，到下午时，由于油脂分泌过多，脸上就开始泛油光，十分难看。而散粉就是比你从这种尴尬中解救出来的法宝。

1、挑选散粉

散粉有很多种，因此散粉的挑选又成了一个非常重要的问题。挑选对了会事半功倍，而挑选错了反而会起到负面的效果。

象牙白的散粉是最常见的，也是使用度最广的，适合皮肤颜色中等的MM。

绿色的散粉主要适于脸部较红或者较黑的MM，绿色能有效地遮盖红血丝，使你看起来更加精致。

紫色的散粉主要是脸色发黄、暗沉的MM应该选择的。紫色可以去黄气，让整个人精神起来。

蓝色的散粉是脸上雀斑比较多的MM应该选择的。蓝色可以让你的脸部更加立体，转移人们对雀斑的关注。

还有一款比较特别的是珠光散粉。珠光散粉主要是提亮的效果。但珠光散粉比较适用于脸部无暇的MM，即使脸上有点瑕疵也一定要用遮瑕膏遮住，否则会使瑕疵更加突出。而且油性肤质的人一定不要用。

2、使用技巧

上散粉不要太着急，一定要让粉底已经停留了几分钟，比较固定了才应该上散粉，否则散粉将起不到应有的效果。

散粉一定要轻薄，但很多MM又想明星那种水蜜桃般的粉嫩效果，这里就教给大家一个私家绝招。拿一张纸巾，一般纸巾都有两至三层，取其中一层，蒙在要打散粉的部位，取散粉刷隔着纸巾刷在脸上，然后将纸巾取下，抖落纸巾上多余的散粉。如此往复，直到满意为止。通过纸巾的过滤，既可以过滤散粉中的大颗粒，使底妆轻薄，又可以讲足量的小颗粒附着在脸部，会使MM像水蜜桃一般可爱。

散粉并不是指涂在脸部的，眼睛的周围也要涂抹一层散粉，这样可以防止眼影粉的掉落。颈部、耳后等部位也要涂抹散粉，这样可以保持肤色的协调。

脸部皱纹较多的女性散粉不要使用太多，因为散粉可能会沉淀，使皱纹更加凸显。

最好的散粉工具是粉扑不是刷子。把粉扑轻轻地按在脸上，然后左右滚动，重复这个动作，可以让粉持续时间比较长。

散粉可以用在粉底液之后，也可以用在画好眉毛、涂了眼影和唇膏之后。推荐油性肤质的MM用两次，这样可以更加有效地防止脸部产生油腻的感觉。

　　建议你在月经最后2天，每天做20分钟瑜珈、15分钟快走和几个简单拉伸小动作。在月经后1周内，每天做30分钟以上有氧运动。运动医学专家推荐，每小时6.5千米快走运动，对燃烧身体脂肪最有效。快走时注意要腹部用力，想象身体像悬挂在空中般快速行走，这对燃烧腹部脂肪最有帮助，有意想不到的收腹效果。运动后感到腹部紧绷是正常现象，这是腹部脂肪分解必经过程，2-3天后腹部就能恢复柔软。

4、发现健康小问题
　　美国医学专家把生理期称为“生理镜子”。这期间你的免疫力最为薄弱，一些潜伏在身体里的健康小问题最容易在这时浮出睡眠。但这决非坏事！因为你能发现那些平日不易显现的健康预警，早发现就能早改善。

　　问题1：眼袋、黑眼圈
　　明明睡足8小时，怎么还顶着眼袋和黑眼圈？日本健康专家说，这意味着你体内的血液循环不够顺畅，血液粘稠度较高，很可能与肉类食品摄入过多有关。建议平衡膳食，减少肉类摄取，在膳食结构中增加乳制品和豆类食品。

　　问题2：牙龈出血
　　为什么一到生理期牙龈就容易出血？这和牙龈不够健康有关，是牙龈发炎前兆。建议月经结束后去诊所洗牙，彻底清除导致炎症的牙结石，避免发炎症状进一步蔓延，认真刷牙，用淡盐水漱口。另外，大量钙、铁离子会随经血流失，这也是导致生理期牙龈出血的原因，建议每天补钙，并摄入足量维生素D。

　　如果你的头发在生理期变得特别脆弱、易断裂，很可能你已经处在贫血边缘！生理期时，头发缺乏氨基酸供给，角质蛋白含量降低，会出现“暂时性生理期贫血”，从而引起头发断裂。应多吃含矿物质铁多的食物，如菠菜等，以此改善体内贫血隐患。

5、排毒
　　新加坡医学专家发现，女性从月经第1天开始，体内就会分泌一种比细胞单位更小的蛋白质——酵素。这种酵素能分解体内毒素、让血液由酸性向弱碱性转变，帮身体有效排毒。美国健康专家雪兰登·格林说，经期适量饮水对身体排毒有很大帮助，因此生理期每天喝1000毫升水十分必要。
　　医学专家还说，女性在月经期间身体敏感度比平时高15%，轻轻点按几个特殊穴位，就能刺激身体新陈代谢，促进体内毒素排出。但专家也特别强调，一定要轻轻点按而非用力按摩。
　　涌泉穴：当你用力弯曲脚趾时，足底前部出现的凹陷处就是涌泉穴。轻轻点按涌泉穴能通过经络传递作用，调节你的植物神经系统，帮你扩张血管、促进皮肤血液循环、加快毒素排出、降低血液粘稠度。

PIKOM PC Fair was here during 30th April- 2nd May.

Although i didn't squeeze with other people, but i did sent out my representative to do some 'grocery' there.

Here attached the skin my sister bought on my behalf

Sound expensive?

Yeah.. It is expensive !!!!

But it is removable and reusable..

You can imagine i kept tearing it in order to remove the bubbles left there..

spent about 30minits to complete it with a perfect cutting.

hahaha.. but the main function is preventing the laptop being scratched.

This kind of skin, can be wiped.

It kinna different from those RM15/piece.

Those will leave the sticker mark after u removed it.

additional, it comes with a wrist sticker .. but i didnt use it.. =P

I will encourage those who is using laptop, get yourself a skin for it.

It is one way to extend a laptop's life.

I got no idea on this two words, but i know they are suitable to describe me now.

How to Make a Long Distance Relationship Work

Step 1
Ask the important questions at the onset, to make sure you are both clear on the parameters of the relationship. Setting parameters such as naming your relationship (dating, seeing each other, boyfriend/girlfriend, engaged) as well as defining exclusive (limited to one person,) or non-exclusive. These can be difficult and awkward questions to ask, but will save you great heartache and misunderstanding down the line. Example: "Are you open to the possibility of relocating if the relationship should become more serious?" or "What are you looking to get out of the relationship?" Stating your end goal or ideas will allow each person to maintain what they need.

Step 2
Do things together. Defy the distance. As a long distance couple, it's important to do other things together besides the usual phone call. In a long distance relationship, interaction over the phone can become dull in the long run. Incorporating other forms of interaction are important. Just think... People in short-distance relationships do not spend the majority of their time talking, but rather doing things with each other. Try to replicate this by finding things to do together such as watching a TV show or movie simultaneously.

Step 3
Communicate in some way every day, more than once if possible. Since you won't be seeing each other, it's important to establish and maintain an emotional connection. These don't always have to be long, in-depth conversations. Tell each other about your little triumphs and tragedies. Ask for advice. Use an instant messenger program or VoIP for real-time chat, or web cams for that visual connection. E-mail is great so make sure you use it, especially if long-distance phone calls put a strain on your budget. Remember that e-mail and even instant messengers can increase the possibility of misunderstandings. Write love letters. Send small gifts or flowers for no reason. In this case, quantity is as important as quality. You may discover an advantage over others whose partner is close at hand - you don't take communication for granted!

Take advantage of the benefits a long distance relationship offers: more time with friends and/or family, no arguments over toothpaste caps, the pleasure of seeing your sweetheart again after a long absence, time to mull your options (rather than snapping at your partner impulsively) before you respond to that email s/he wrote that seemed so rude the first time you read it, etc. Most important, being far apart gives you a chance to maintain your individuality - something that can get lost in the shuffle when couples spend all their free time together. Here are additional benefits of long distance relationships.

Step 5
Pursue common interests, even if it means pursuing them apart. If there's a movie you're both interested in seeing, watch it individually and then call each other afterward and talk about it. Read a certain book at the same time. Stargaze while you're on the phone. Set your watches to go off at the same time every day, and synchronize your alarm with that of your partner. It always helps if you go in a relationship with the idea that everyone is innocent and worthy of trust until proven otherwise. Don't fall in the trap to interrogate your partner every time he/she decides to go out for a drink with people you haven't met or he/she didn't get back to you right away when you called and left a message. Just because you are in an LDR, your lives won't pause. Your partner will naturally have a social life where he/she lives and so should you. Sure it helps to have your eyes open and not be totally naive but being overly suspicious is unhealthy for you and your relationship too. You should both maintain your social activity and be happy with yourselves.

Step 11
Be positive. Staying positive and not focusing on the negative aspects of an LDR is essential to keeping your relationship blooming and your partner content. Being away from your sweetie is not all bad news. Use the opportunity of personal time to pursue your interests and hobbies as well as your career objectives. Another positive point is that long distance dating pushes both of you to be more creative, communicate better since you don't have "face-to-face" time and test your feelings. As long as you see the long distance relationship as a temporary state, you will keep your chin up and transmit that feeling of security and happiness to your partner too.

Step 12
Give them a personal object of yours so in a time of need, where they miss you, they are able to hold on to something that once belonged to you. This will provide comfort, happiness, and the thought of being with you.

Step 13
Long distance dating is all about a balanced relationship between partners; a relationship built on strong foundations of trust, understanding and determination to make it work. The two partners should be reasonable about their expectations and willing to cooperate so that this relationship can lead to a happy ending. If these parameters are taken care of, you have nothing to worry about. But don't forget to ask some questions because if you don't, your partner may start to think that you're losing interest.

Step 14
Create your own set of relationship standards that both of you have mutually agreed upon. DIY 1- Little case/cover

Material: cloth, needle, thread, filled composite(I'm using cotton because i want to make it into a small pillow.)

Done, this is the front view after filled up the cotton.

You can see the 'handmade' knit, is a bit untidy (not yet fulfill the professional requirement)

I made an opening there for washing convenience. It is easier to take out/change the filling.

DIY 2- Redecorate by using Acrylic

Material: Acrylic (jewellery sticker, easily to get from those accessories shop), Pouch, cellphone

My main purpose buying the sticker only for my cellphone since my N70 is getting older & "flowerish" on its casing. So, to make it look prettier on the coming CNY, i decided to furnish it with the acrylic.

But, for your info, for those who is sensitive, better beware of the acrylic. It is because the glue used at the back of sticker has quite a strong smell.

Nah..nah..nah.. this is my main point..

This acrylic not cheap leh.. I spent RM12/packet

Just because i am too free recently, that's the reason i keep doing all these stuffs to kill my time.

I even tried to do the Oreo Cheesecake two days ago.

wonder the taste? not too bad for the 1st trying. There is space for improvement.

What contributed the happiness? This question has came to my mind for this few days.

When there are too much of rumour or other factors that might caused both of you having continuous conflicts/wars. Trust plays an important role but it only contributed a 50% for your happiness.

Influencer can be your family, your friends (there are always bad friends), colleagues and also some none related character. Words from none important character always hurt the most, especially when your beloved choose to believe from those groups. Sometimes word doesn't hurt us when we are strong. Simple explanation: When a person is angry, there is always no good words from him/her.
This should be understood by everyone. That's the reason we always said "calm down". When your mind has cooled down, you are not disturbed by the evil cells, you can easily understand the situation and make the elaboration. Then it will be the a better time to have discussion for both parties. The best way to maintain this 50% is being Honest to each other. This is definitely agreed by you also, right? Nothing to hide, the love is simple and pure.

When both of you have mutual trust on each other, where should another 50% comes from?
It comes from various factors.

I don't deny that a person's thinking influenced the most. When there is a mutual conception between both you, of course everything will be clearly defined and easier to understand.
We always think that "you should be this way", lots of beautiful illusion appeared in our mind. Opposite way, assume that " you are with your ex", the feeling will be miserable.
If a party always have the assumption/imagination to another party, here comes the problem.
There will be two senarios: A good assumption creates expectation; A bad assumption challenges your trust.

In reality, majority of us did that. This is hardly to avoid, especially toward certain people who has bad experiences. This is linked with the self character. Environment influenced people. A man's background is not important. Of course, the most important point is how much this person worth your devoted love. Chinese always said "Dog never change its habit to eat shit". If he/she deserves dog food, please have your loyalty on him/her. If not, please get out of the "love tomb/ love trap" as soon as possible, let him/her continue eating shits.. =P

By the way, no matter how much efforts done in the relationship, it still have to depends on luck and fate. Not everyone can get the right feeling for the right person at once. Not everyone can also "tahan" for the rest of life. Divorce is getting common. Not because they didn't put the effort in the marriage, but sometimes when they have more times to spend together, they will realise " the person who understand you the most, doesn't mean is the person who know you the most".

A funny interview

this is the 'greatest' interview i ever had in my life..

Time: 11am
Location: Melaka Raya
Company: Cxxxx (a well known brand in digital technology industry)

I do not know whether I was attending an interview for beauty contest selection or sales executive. It was so surprising that the interviewer extremely dislike my appearance & made a lot of critism.

hard to believe that she commented my clothing, shoes, nails.. almost from head to toe.

Clothing: she said interview MUST not only wear formal, but also LONG SLEEVES.
Indeed, maybe long sleeves look nicer/better. But such a hot weather, even short sleeves still acceptable, right?

She somemore told me during she was outstation to Muar, she bought a Cheongsam-Qi Pao. More, she even asked me the place, whether i know which shop is that. Shall I know this?
Honestly, that shop is exactly same with the one I bought my Qi Pao.. so unfortunate! dunno got langgar baju or not

Dress: must be FORMAL working dress, BLACK in color.
aiyo.. necessary to think what color is important? excuse me, I am not participate in TV program!

Nails: why your nail color only apply to either one hand but not both? u always go for manicure?
what the hell.. manicure or pedicure got your business meh?

Shoes: why u dont want wear high heel? A lady shall always wear high heel. Then i just replied i hurt my ankle & not good for me to wear high heel. She continued " I see, I thought why u wear long pants but don't want wear high heel.. It doesn't look good!"
OMG.. i wear a flat shoes, but i didn't help her sweeping floor.
I know she is tall doesn't mean she can hurt people in this way.

The most important thing what she told me " Make sure you wear in this way when we asked you to come second interview, because the person you are going to meet is our assistant director. You need a proper look."

proper look? Am I look ugly? or you wana tell me you got a good taste?

My previous Human Resource course taught me, as long as you don't have an extremely "over" appearance/presence when you attend the interview, is good to be let people feel comfortable for your outlook.

I just had my new hair look yesterday, with new color dyed.
I got my makeup with my new Lancome foundation & new Mascara. It made me look a better skin today. But she never comment my make up.

Maybe her short dress ONLY made her look pretty. I dont wish to comment her figure since you can imagine that her dress is at least a 4 inch above her knee & u can find an airport even she has a low cut.

Alright, i shall admit that i am not enough SEXY.
Also, i will not respect you as a professional even you got a high position and speak fluent english.
There were too many questions or topics which not related to the job, made me confused what exactly you want, but u claimed you are a communication master.

by the way... not very expensive la.. is quite a recommendable model for those budget under RM1k.

This camera with a 10.0 megapixels and 3X optical zoom. I had a tried to extend the zoom into 12X.. the result still not too bad.

It has a 2.5" LCD screen and available with a few colors.

But i don't know why Pink is chosen for me. He said this color look nicer..

[but very "girls" oh.. if u guys know this young girl's brand, all pinky items sold]

But i like the red eyes reduction function, it can be applied together with the face detection. It will zoom a special column to let you clearly see the effect. So, all the portrait photos are well taken without red eyes.

Other functions like image stabilizer, scene detection, motion detection, intelligent contrast correction & ISO 1600.. These are common requirements when everyone choose a camera, so not much comment on that.

Since there is no right or wrong in answering, why wanna bother him with such stupid question?

Do you really mean it?

8) "Are you sure you're okay?"
Let him have his space. Keep on asking for a definite answer will only make him feel you are so noisy and troublesome. He just doesn't want worry another person.

9) "I hate my thighs"
Sometimes i did dislike my thighs because it made me look fat in certain clothing. Why wanna bother how other people look at me? When the time he chosen me, he must had a closer look at my body. Don't make him feel he has a wrong selection on you. Of course he can't deny that if he ever comment my figure. Try to think it cheerfully, indeed his comment made me have a better knowledge on how to make myself wear pretty.
But..A man who care your outlook more than your inner beauty, why we need him?

10) "I hate your mom"
This is unforgivable. No matter how much you dislike his mum, that's the war between you and her. Don't sandwich him between the women's war. If he has an unreasonable mum, try to avoid have a 'direct' deal. Every man wants a good wife cum filial daughter-in-law. So, what we can do? Try our best to fulfill them.

好久没上来部落格发牢骚、吐苦水。。
好想念大家。。
特别是我的BR52..特别是那几只猪。。
没有你们的吵吵闹闹，日子好像挺难过的。。。

最近，我还是一样忙。。
起码不是坐冷板凳。时间容易打发~
可是却偏偏在这几天里食物中毒。。一泻千里。。有够衰！
星期五拿mc, 今天又拿半天。。不知老板的脸变色了吗？
医生说我又复发，所以多吃清淡食物。。
天啊！！我从星期五吃面包、白粥吃到今天。。
我到底吃了什么是不清淡的食物？

黑暗啊 ~

好快，已经十月了。。。
倒数8天，就是猪俊杰的生日。。

然后接下来就是本小姐的生日咯~
可是，今年我不知道要怎么过。。
我的沙猪一直跟我说他没有空、好忙、好忙。。。
是真的忙还是不想理我？
好不容易左盼右盼，终于给我找到个金牛座的男人。。
可是这只超级无敌大沙猪，最近老是惹我生气。。

我说我的生日快到了，他说：“我有记录起来，可是不知道几时可以帮你庆祝”
可是生日只有一年一次。。需要这么敷衍我吗？

我说一起去旅行，他说：“好，可是不知道几时。”
反正他那么忙，我就干脆点，提议直接飞过去找他。他说：“好，可是我不知道几时比较有空”
可是我要订机票、申请证件，这些都要时间。。
我可不想像上次，全部都是最后一分钟决定，匆匆忙忙。。

好多人羡慕我、说什么成熟稳重的男朋友多好。。
可是他们不知道，这样的男人好难应付。。
我只能配合他的脚步。。
他永远都有自己的看法。。你的未必是错，但不一定被采用~
他的工作表，每天在更动。可能今天答应你的事，明天就不可以执行。
可怜的我已经被放飞机好几次了。。
所以，他现在可不敢随便答应我任何条件。
要不然我气到跳脚，他又要拉下面子道歉。。一点也不符合他的原则！

更可悲的是BEFORE & AFTER 的理论就发生在我身上。。
而偏偏这只沙猪就犯下了全天下男人常犯的错误。
以前追求我的时候，忙到天昏地暗，半夜2点你都会回复我的简讯。
现在，就说“忙到忘记”
好多东西你都说忘记，连我的头发长了，可以束成小马尾。你说你上次看了，忘记了。
可能美女看多了，忘了自己的女朋友是不那么起眼的。

姐妹们，最好给你们的男人多吃点苦头。。不然，以后只有他讲没有你讲。。

Hey guys and girls...
How are u all doing??
I miss you guys very very much...

What a long time i didn't upload or update anything here..
seemed like i forgot the blog's appearance.

Anyway, I would like to share an old news with you all..
I am officially go with "somebody"..

For those who still admire me, I appreciate your love. I can say.. you have a good taste~

About my love story, slightly share a bit with you guys..
Because "somebody" dunno I owned a blog.. so..

actually i knew him through my work.. he is from my buyer's company..
I am the one who assist him book hotel, arrange transport, for his 1st trip in Msia..
But his 1st impression for me..is damn terrible..
I still told my colleagues: "this guy damn 'cun' , 'haolian' betul"
but this only for the 1st day we met..

When comes to the 2nd day.. this guys starts to talk a lot.. A 180 degree different from 1st day..
Even when we were having the meeting, he also created jokes to make everyone laugh..
But he always got a high requirement for the quality standard and made me keep on giddy for the job i did. That's why i called him "troublemaker".

When 2nd and 3rd trip.. He started keep on making fun to make me bicker with him. When he is around, we keep on bickering for every small matter.. That's why all my colleagues start to guess we are behaving like a couple..

The reason made me to accept this non-local and non-chinese fellow was his sincerity to concern me.. Everyday sms me punctually during lunch and dinner time..I feel touched for his concerns..
But now, status different.. SMS lesser.. :P

Even he is far away from me, but he do helped me whatever that within his ability...especially for the job.. without his support, this big project will drive me mad.. When i need his help on certain things, a sms or a call.. everything done.. haha.. sometimes i really misuse my power to ask him do something..

Although this man is a male-chauvinist, but I can say he tolerate me all the time, even i was unreasonable and overbearing. To certain issue like foods, habits and daily routine, he really inssist on that.. but i dont interfere.. just he likes to force me eat a lot.. That's the reason i gain my weight during my China trip. But i still have to admit that i am greedy for food when delicious delicacy front ahead of me..

I shall saying that the greatest challenge comes from the different background and education we having. We are trying to overcome the distance, the differences.. Hope after a few months, the relationship will be more stable.

For my China trip, sorry..no photo sharing since my camera drops into water..now it certified go to west~ :(

15th April....can considered a bad experience in my working life..

My buyer has appointed the ITS- auditor company to send auditors to have an inspection to my factory.

This is the first time we are having the audit, since the company start expand its business to export overseas.

However, the heaven was playing a joke to me. It rained since 3am early morning, non-stop raining made my factory flooded.

And, this is the first time my factory flooded into this kind of critical stages. Hard to believe although when all of us went to work at 8.30am, everything was still fine. NO signal of having flash flooded at all !!

I am sorry to all my men, the efforts they put for this inspection was gone in half an hour.

And, we gonna having another inspection next week. I dunno whether this caused our get lesser mark or not. If failed on this audit, i think more troubles will come to me.

Let me show you guys some photos.

There was a 40ft truck came to our factory that morning to deliver the whiteparts. It was stucked there, but the driver still brave to drive out even he can't see the bridge clearly. This photo taken when the condition still ok at 9am. Just some areas start accumulate water.

This was taken when factory was entered with water within half an hour (around 9.30am), my foreigner workers all keep moving the finished products and whiteparts to a safer place. Almost all pallets were moved from loading area, quite a lot of products were soaked. This was taken when i was talking to my auditors. They were there at that time, but failed to make inspection due to this 'natural disaster'. You can see the water level is over the riverbank, and normally my car was parked beside this. Can you imagine if my kancil didnt shifted by time, what will happen to me?

This picture taken when i back to factory at 4pm after i back from melaka (because flooded, i went melaka had my meeting with them). My foreigner workers were catching the fishes.
There is a fishing pond next to my factory. Its fishes seemed all swimmed out from the pond, and my workers caught quite a lot in that afternoon.

Since that day flooded, there is no more raining after that.... so hard to believe that i am so so so Bad Luck..
I am so unfortunate, but nothing i can do. Hope the god/ heaven/ godness, every deity can bless me a succeed audit on 22th April. Please..please..please don't flood anymore!!!

Hard to believe… I am still behaving like a kid just now..

I used the white chalk and drew on the floor.
Never mind, the floor belongs to my grandma.
Then, she got a maid can mop the floor tomorrow morning.
Haha! childish behavior.

But I enjoyed drawing.
There are more items drawn, such as fish, cow, cat, pig and rabbit..
Actually, my cousins and nephew enjoyed very much.
They keep asking me draw this and that.
I squeeze until giddy.
I ask my cousin bring more colorful chalks next week, so I can continued to have more paintings. Yeah!

Those who used to know me long time, they know I love painting.
It has been a few years I stopped drawing.
Now, those paintings that done by me still can find in the bookcase.

Chinese New Year is coming....
I am going to reward myself for the effort and hardiness that 'suffered' during this 2008..

So..I entered the timepiece shop without any signal..made myself missing during my mum n sis chose the new year stuff...

Well.at first..the ideal watch i saw was ELLE...however dunno why looks weird when i worn it...then i change my target to other brand.. Then not much choice for the Round shape watches.. At last..the promoter shown me the Sheen..the hottest brand among youngsters due to the famous singer SHE..

This one is not too bad if compare to other...although not expensive like Seiko and Titus...but it is ok for me to wear during workday...As you know, I am a ill-fated marketing..always need to 'lay my own hand' to my products...so.at least i wont heart broken easily if get stratches...

Alright.Let me intro this timepiece for you girls..

The main reason i like this model not only because the diamond looks shinning...

but also this analog watch contains 3 hands and 3 dial...

3 hands? 3 dials?

3 hands = hour, minute and second

3 dials = 24-hour, date, day

It is not that heavy but only 86g.

hehe...

As above mentioned, Titus... My boss presented us each Solvil et Titus watch few days ago...since i got new watch, why i inssist buy a new one?

The watch he gave ...ermm....

not my favor's design...

my colleagues..most of them think...it is more suitable for the Malays.....

这个星期。。好忙。。好忙。。
忙到不可开交。。
忙到快昏倒。。

还好，一切都挺顺利的。。
感谢帮忙我的同事。。

这几天来了几个鬼佬。。
星期天，还要因为他们去橡胶园。。
说什么没看过橡胶树。。什么割橡胶挺有趣。。
要参观和了解。。
结果，老板一点也不想放过我。。一点也不想让我休息。。
还说道：“怎么推也要推你去喂蚊子。。”

原本还想和妈妈去马六甲买东西。。结果。。。
简直是他XX...
而且没有加班费。。离谱~

而且，花红都还没收到。。更离谱~
新年都到了，不用办年货吗？

一个充满不少惊奇、快乐、悲伤、冲动的2008年，
也是我人生中学习及经历最多的日子

2007年的尾声，我失去了外公。
他的突然逝世，对我们来说是个沉重的打击。
所以2008年的开始，让我更积极的面对人生。

一月
13-19日
第一次搭飞机，展开我的Bali岛-7日游。感谢我的好友-yshin, mak, nyokfoong, leanshin & hanyin,陪我渡过这美好的7天。最大的收获不止是战利品、还有好多我不曾看过的新鲜事物。当然地方文化也是一个相当好的知识收获。唯一不好的是-我晒黑了！

带着美丽的心情去上班，却发现我被欺骗了。管不了冲动的后果，立刻写信辞职！

31日
我的第一份工作就在这一天结束了。碰巧还可以参加尾牙宴，算是挺不错的啦！purchasing manager和一群老老少少的战友。

2月
8日（农历新年-初二）
龟咯之旅：已经去过数十回，可是每次都是那么开心。
我最开心的。。应该是荼毒大家的耳朵！！还有新鲜的海鲜！
美丽的晚霞，这里是个退休的好地方！

和我的同学和姐妹－ｚｉｖ，　ｓｅｒｅｎｅ　＆　ｋｅａｎ　ｙｅａｋ一起吃ｓｅｏｕｌ　ｇａｒｄｅｎ和喝泡泡茶。

北栈聚会
这是我为大家带来的小惊喜。因为事前我的达琳-yshin保密到家，让大家惊讶我这个毕业生怎么也出来凑一脚~ 结果望一望，北栈似乎被我们mmu生包下来。怎么到处都是认识的？还有捞升，捞个风生水起！
后续，当然是佳节必备节目-小赌兼小聚！

这个月，是消费最高的一个月。因为，我迷上了唱卡啦ｏｋ．也是我开始把唱ｋ当成是爱好！

10日-MMU Convocation 2008
回顾一年前，我也是兴奋戴着四方帽，到处和我的好友们拍照。
今年，遵守对好友们的承诺，我可是带着两袋的玫瑰花去参加。
结果一路上，被mak、yy取消我是去卖花。
回来之后，我和ｍａｋ还跑去看狗狗和吃ｓｉｍｐｌｙ　ｆｉｓｈ．

我的脸因为过度敏感，而陷入了有史以来最严重的恐慌。

以为可以感受超棒的夏日８度演唱会，天不做美，下起毛毛雨。破坏了好气氛，好心情。
结果，到ＢＢ找学弟打麻将。

26日
替我的前同事兼好友－敏庆祝生日．

９月
７日
替我的同事elaine做姐妹。晚上的宴席之后，还被拖去唱歌。
老板那杀鸡的声音，简直是我们的悲哀。

２６日
在ｌｉｔｔｌｅｃａｆｅ，替我的前同事兼远方表姐－ｓｅｒｅｎｅ庆祝生日。
献上漂亮的花，愿她比花还美，哈哈！

还有，我预定了２００９年６月的香港－澳门之旅。这次的伙伴有ｍａｋ，ｎｆ和ｎｆ妹妹。

１日
烫了个新发型、染了个新颜色，给自己带来一点朝气。可是，好像这个发型看起来没什么特别。虽然花了不少钱，至少看起来人比较精神。

还是一样，天天工作、吃饭、看电视、睡觉。
外加爱好：逛街、买东西、唱Ｋ、喝茶、吹水。

troubled...
the economy is bad..the order lessen...
although seemed many people getting free, but I am not..
I work like a cow..keep struggling and struggling...
boss gave me pressure..
buyer gave me pressure..
I am in the middle...
just because I am the 'liaison officer' between them..

either one party throw out the question..problem..inquiry..order..sample and so on..
then, here comes my trouble.. what they requested, must be done by time..
ello...how many hours i have in a day?
I am not god..but a normal human..
WTH u all expect me to do in shortest time...

I never so 'sorehead' since I started to work.
Now, almost every night..I am carrying files back to home...
continuing the unfinished job at home..
two weeks continuous.. suffering..made me feel like to quit this game..
everyone is giving me a damn face in office..is that my fault?
all requests made by the buyer..not ME..
don't simply throw your temper to me.. pls upgrade your EQ !!!
stupid and bodoh..whoever wanna bring disaster to himself?

就位于马六甲，klebang区，某间洋房
可惜，小女命运坎坷，被繁忙的工作压得快崩溃
背弃了友谊的承诺，负了友人的期待

可悲的我、如此烦人的工作，让我陷入了万劫不复的深渊

别人都忙着赶着回家、赶着约会
而我，却在公司加班到9点
圣诞老人为什么没将幸运礼物送给我？
倒霉的我遇上刁钻、麻烦、野蛮、自私的买家，搞到自己累到像条狗
琐碎的事务，解决一件又一件
你要我快快帮你搞定，你却老是更改决定
一会儿A、一会儿又B，再来就说C好

天天如此的卖力工作方式
天天加班却也看不到乐观的前景

Actually, is considered a bit unlucky to fall sick on birthday.

No choice, I am enough ‘suey’.

6^th, I started not feeling well, keep sneezing inside the office while struggling for work. Then, continued by the inflammation for my ear. Oh my god, I totally didn’t sleep well for the night. Since I can’t sleep at all, I fully utilize the time for answered call and replied sms. Although I was sick, but I was very happy [because u guys still haven’t forgotten me yet...: P]

Haha, I got an MC from DR for ‘curi tulang’ a day.

Take it as my public holiday, and I did sleep more than 15 hours for my big day. Hard to believe? Sound wasted~

Thanks for the great wishes from my dear friends and relatives.

Each sms represent not only the wish but also the relationship. It is hardly to meet everyone now, but the relationship still lasting. That is the reason I am touched and appreciated every call or every sms from you guys.

Indeed, it was a big surprise.

A bunch of friends drive from Melaka to Muar, for my birthday celebration and also Ikan Bakar meal.

Their main purpose is eating...

Well, for the driver, I can say she is quite brilliant enough. I also don’t know the map she drew during our previous phone conversation was seriously confused her passengers.

Haha… The new road and old road I meant was for the Bridge, not your Melaka road la.

Luckily got my clever Vivian inside the car.. If not, this MAK will drive to somewhere else gua~

By the way, they reached safely. But, they made me shock that when they reverse the car back after they parked the car in front of my gate. I was wondering “Am I too fat?”, “Is it big difference that after I getting fat?” “Why they can’t recognize me?”.. Is really really full of Question Mark “??????”

Haha.. ah Mak acted fast, reverse within 5 seconds. Potential F1 driver ~

NF then lighted the cake in car… singing Birthday songs on the road.

yo…so touched and what a special celebration~ My neighbors all sure envied me a lot~

Then, officially they became my 1^st gang of friends who celebrated my coming 23^rd years old.

Unfortunately, dunno is ah Mak or nyok Foong didn’t bath, so ‘ suey’ betul~ The Ikan Bakar was full of people. Then we made the way ahead Bentayan Hawker Centre.

Here I would like to share a joke that I made.

“5pcs vs 5 pairs”

I ordered the chicken wing for my 3 dears. Mana tahu the aunty ‘yam’ me.

I told her 5 pair. It should be 10pcs…Am I right?

She thought my math and mandarin are poor and think of playing ‘word games’ with me. She sent 10 pairs of chicken wings. (Means got a total 20pcs) Really siao~

Then, 3 of them taught me a ‘big’ lesson about the difference of ‘piece and pair’.

Satay, ikan bakar, sambal sotong, oyster and otak-otak made us full enough.

NF ate till surrender, then everyone followed by raising their white flag.

Horrible leh~ If my other Muarian's buddies saw me, sure nobody wanna intro bf for me liao.

Task Three - Satisfy One's Thirst

We faster continued to Little Café for icy cold drinks. Melaka got many pubs, café and discos, but there is no such café in this Kampong style idea. Luckily, this idea do not disappointed them. If not, later they won’t be here next time to visit me. :P

Postscript:

Anyway, I am glad enough for the night, not only for the celebration but also the gathering. Let me remember of the days we spent before and the Bali trip.

I am waiting for the upcoming trip- Hong Kong, feeling eager if we can fly there right now.

生日宣言

什么是宣言？

意义：国家、政党、团体或领导人对重大问题公开表态以进行宣传号召的文告

奥巴马的竞选宣言可能你已经听不下10次。

但我的生日宣言，你可能不知道吧？

重大的问题通常都会被拿来讨论，生日那么小的事怎么也拿来讲？

每个人的出生，生日它代表着一个母亲的伟大。

所以，你的生日= 你的母难日

一个提早出世的家伙，一个差点就看不见花花世界的我，这个生日，意义非凡。

所以，在来临的23岁之前，回顾过去，瞧一瞧自己这些年来的成绩。

重新包装自己，重新出发。

其实天蝎座的人都很自大[当然我承认我是其中一个]。

不知是天生敏锐的直觉造就了我们的自大；还是外人对我们的评价太高，导致我们如此狂妄。

结论：就算我有时有点小聪明，你们也别夸我，不然我又会很自大。哈哈！

除了自大，还很自我(ego)。以自己为中心，我想每个人也一样秉持这个道理生活。不管你在处理事务或利益，都不会顾虑别人，应该会让人觉得你很难相处。

结论：如果我之前做了什么决定伤害了你，请告诉我。让我好好‘补偿’你。

伪装-这个根本是天蝎的本领之一。

特别是联系着利害关系。何必秉承‘不为五斗米折腰，区区乡里是小人’。这个社会实现的，有个性的人大把。但是，却没人愿意和自己的口袋过不去。

察言观色，委屈自己，也许算是‘忍辱负重’。拍马屁人人都会，但要拍得响，拍得妙，天蝎可是72变，一变再变。

结论：不是我很会拍马屁，只是我的话比较多而已。说话技巧是必备武器，不然很容易就战死沙场。

情绪问题

有时太会隐藏情绪，就把自己搞到好忧郁。

结果火山爆发的时候，又殃及无辜老百姓。

结论：我的EQ控制好像有少少的退步，要进修。不过，我从不使用暴力解决问题。

针对以上四大毛病，本人会加以改善。以确保在未来的日子里，不会因为自己的所作所为而影响其他人的生活或言行举止。我会以行动证明我的改变。

我想我这么多年来，我在乎的还是他。

想起以前他对我的好、他的体贴、他为我所做过的一切。

想得越多，眼泪越不听话。

我记得我们第一次坐下来喝茶，我是多么的讨厌他。

讨厌他带给大家那种高高在上的‘串’‘串’的印象。

老实说，我还真的埋怨过你好讨厌的高。走在你身边，我就像个小矮人。

最后我还是看上了这个‘印象不好’的家伙。

这个家伙什么都不多，却话可是特别多。

多少个笑话每晚让我开心入眠。

和聪明的人一起讨论功课、做assignment，懒惰的我，似乎总是占了不少好处。

在一起的日子，惊喜总是少不了。

感谢他曾经在我面对生离死别的那段时间，陪我坚强的走过。

这个天蝎座的男人，是个最懂我心的人。

It has been quite a long time I do not update this.

Few weeks ago, I was busy with the tired job.

It is quite a far distance from my home. Half an hour needed for traveling.

This is not the saddest case.

其实，最近很多事都不怎么顺利。

就拿工作来说，都是有小纰漏。
造成大家的不便，实在是过意不去。
前阵子的搬迁事件，到火灾，再来是subcon的问题。
累积下来的头疼问题，还真不少。
要忙工作，要应付人际关系，说话要圆滑，头脑要变通，做事要勤力，又要看紧那些琐碎的小事。。我似乎慢慢开始体会这所谓压力，别于以前所体会的那一些。
昨天阅读了关于星洲日报的“工作压力”
的确，我是时候该在生活作息上做些改变。
避免哪一天，火山爆发，我的坏情绪一发不可收拾。

家庭方面，一下这个。。一下那个。。
一个接一个。。那种害怕的情绪，不知不觉中扩散。
我不能表露，不能表现出不安的情绪。
因为，我知道你们需要我支持的力量。
我不能就这样倒下。

感情方面，请别催促我。
在这之前，我想拥有属于自己的一片天。
就算撑不起这片天，起码我曾经尝试。
当然，我相信缘分。
我相信哪天我的白马王子，会因为我的独立而感到骄傲。

友情方面，好人、坏人。。依然扮演属于他们的角色。
损友、益友，谁好、谁坏，答案还没揭晓。

其实，我过得很好。
并不会这些的问题，而被打倒。

一个闷闷的下雨天。。

办公室里的空调，似乎让我感觉很冷。。很冷。。

真的不错，书里分析武则天的性格、判断能力、社交手腕。。。

这个星期里，忙忙碌碌。。虽然，身体疲累，但脑袋可照常运作。。

Fish-Fish Family

Here comes the Happy FISH-FISH family..

My adoption planning continued by bought back Fishul, Fishar and Fishing.

The Fishing is the naughtiest among those fishes.

It keeps chasing one of another. The most pitiful was Fisher, keep on "chasing" by Fishing. This troublemaker keep making other fishes jump up and down..and "run" for life..

That day, i caught out the Fishing to put it into Teng's bottle with her peacock fish. Let both of the naughtiest fish had a fight.. In the end,nothing happened. None of it start fighting or harassing each other. Live peacefully and happily in a day.

That is the reason, Fishing learnt the lesson and behave well. Anyway,this few days..they start having harmony life.

My next plan..is having a pet dog that i like..

Actually I wana buy toy poodle..OMG !!! each cost RM1000-RM1200.

My circle

I realized that my "circle" is getting smaller and smaller..
Now, I am only having socialize with my colleagues, ex-colleagues and a few friends only.
How about my primary and secondary classmates?

Yeah.. I realized this fact when i met my ex-classmate, Kai Yean in boutique. She is getting prettier and having a job in stock line on Thursday.

Actually, sound a bit "pity".. But I still managed meet my secondary gang, before one of them - Hui Meng goes Singapore for her first job. Congrats ya, my dear !! Work Hard!!

For Lih Yue, she plans to go back Penang.. She said she loves there a lot.. She wants to live there.. Oh my god..Left me..and Lee Hui still here..

Lee Hui, when you going run to KL? If do so, pre-inform me.. I also wanna leave..HAHA !!!

To be honest, most of my friends are belongs to amusement.. more attention to eat, drink, play and sleep..That's the reason..sometimes I felt..my life is dull.. no meaningful or special occassion happened..

Fishy and Fisher

These are my new pets - fishes that i rear since last week.

It is Ikan Harimau, Tiger Fish or 老虎鱼.

Now, they are staying in a small plastic aquarium that "located" on my office table. This is one of my plan that starting to rear fish without providing oxygen to it..

Just RM0.50 for each...so...so..so.. low price...

天摇地晃。。。

一瞬间，多少孩子命丧豆腐楼之下。

映秀镇没人继承香火，这是个多么让人难过的消息。

多少父母的希望一瞬间化为乌有，国家一瞬间损失了多少的小栋梁。

路是多么的遥远，可怜的孩子们。。。

还没真正开始人生的旅程，就这样结束了

来不及的告别，
来不及完成的梦想。。

多少人泪雨俱下。。多少人为你们的不幸而哀伤。。

人间有温情，响应捐助的人此起彼落。。
爱无国界：多少国家第一时间送出干粮、救护队，务必在黄金时段里将生还者救出。
不少人在现场为伤者疗伤，充当医护人员的助手，甚至协力相助搜索队员抬伤者。
感人的画面，让我看得泪眼汪汪，至今还依然历历在目。
我对你们无私的付出，致敬！

但，饱中私囊的人也不少。。
勿滥用别人的爱心来成就自己的“贪”。。
丑陋的你，我宁愿你是那些被压死的人。。

让我们为那些丧生的孩子们哀悼。
为丧失孩子的父母们加油，请他们勇敢的活下去。
为那些伤者祈福，祝他们早日康复。

That's her wedding..
Puay Cheng, Min Min and me are one of her "jie mei"..
from the photos, you can see how 'ganas and calculative' that both of us (me and min min) to get the red packet...then..how happy we were when we yumsheng for the bridal..

Why February's photo until now i upload it? because..the joean..didn't pass me the CD..
After being several time of complaints, only we managed to get it during her birthday..

The relationship lasted since the day we knew...
Now, we are heading to another stage of the friendship..
The "loves" between us still the same..no matter how we changed..the true relationship still there..

我和阿妹表妹看见了。。
在漆黑的夜空，忽然一个不明的灯光滑过了夜空。。
